We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 80, Marjorie McConnell (Lima, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Marjorie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marjorie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Alvy and Mary Catherine Coss (Riser); and her husband James McConnell. She is survived by: her daughters, Sonya Smith (Kevin), Becky Harmon and Lisa Corbitt (Shane). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home (920 N Cable Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
