She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarice Johns and Richard Johns of Lima, Ohio; her husband Roger Lee Thomas; and her daughter Carol Ann (Dave). She is survived by: her children, Rick Irwin (Anita), Lynda Irwin-Springer, Dale Irwin (Becky), Darrel Irwin (Barb), Dana Irwin (Polly) and David Irwin (Stacy); and her sister Elaine Sampley (Tom). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
