It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Rex of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Phillips and Maxine Phillips (Shupp); her brothers, Edgar Phillips and Bobby Truesdale; her aunt Violet Repp (Shupp) of Dallas, TX.; her husband Ronald Rex (Butch); and her grandson Joshua Chidester.

She is survived by: her brother Richard Phillips (Rose); her pet Finn; her children, Michael D. Rex of Lima, Joyce K. Chidester (Robert) of Marion and Angela D. Rex (Ed Hahn) of Lima; and her grandsons, Justin Rex (Kayla), Matthew Chidester (Adriana) and Adam Chidester (Sara Frances).

Memorial donations may be given to Lima Community Church of the Nazarene, to further God's Kingdom or to Deb's Dogs of Lima.

Marilyn and Butch &Josh together again, along with family members &friends. We would like to be there to giveall big hugs.
