She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Howard and Olive Mae Keller Mann; and her brother Richard Mann, Jr. (Sondra). She is survived by: her husband Harold E. 'Butch Neeper; her daughters, Denise Hoverman of Lafayette, GA and Renee Neeper of Lima; and her granddaughter Nicole Garcia of Lafayette, GA.

Memorial contributions may be given to Putnam County Hospice.
