She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret M. Lynch (Deller); her husband Harry E. Foster; and her brother Charles E. Lynch. She is survived by: her father John H. Lynch; her daughters, Debra A. Pippin (Odis) of Weaver, AL and Joyce L. Foster of Columbus, NE; and her siblings, Harry E. Lynch of Carnegie, PA, Jack H. Lynch of Carnegie, PA and Florence M. Laipple of Bethel Park, PA.. She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
