She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey C. Mack of Lima, OH and Julie Fox (James) of Avoca, IA; her grandchildren, Emily Mack (Brian Stolzenburg), Colin Mack (Courtney Burkheimer), Kyle Mack (Jessi), Dustin Fox (Crystal), Christopher Fox (Michelle), Cody Fox (Dora) and Nicholas Fox (Ayla Hatch); her nephew Christian Green; and her niece Rachel White. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
