She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Hartman and Thelma Belle Hartman (Bishop); her husband John Joseph O'Keefe; and her siblings, Darwin (Janet), Neil, Denny Hartman and Jeannine Schwarck (Harry).
She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Cottrell (Matthew) of Lima and Tamara Louth (Ryan) of Spencerville; her grandchildren, Brandon Crawford, Matthew Crawford (Kate), Jeremiah Cottrell, Donovan Maier (Ashlyn), Jayden Hooker (Trevor), Jodie Schrolucke, Harper Louth and Hayes Louth; and her great grandchild Cambrie Maier.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Zion Lutheran Church.
