We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2021, at the age of 93, Madeline Kolsky of Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Shrider and Esther Shrider (Oberour); her former husband Horace B. Hawkins; her husband Harold Kolsky; and her granddaughter Jennifer Marie Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hawkins (Vickie) of Lafayette and Mary Lou Paisley of Seattle, WA; and her stepchildren, Harold Kolsky (Dena) of Columbus, Rebecca Kolsky of Denver, CO and Kathy Kolsky of St. Paul, MN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, Lafayette, OH or Otterbein of Cridersville.
