With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lyle Keith Johnson of Lima, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 14, 2024 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Lyle departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lyle. Though Lyle may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie J. Johnson (Collins); his son Deon M. Cook; his granddaughter Isabella Farrington; and his parents-in-law, Larry Joe Cook and Emma Roberta Cook.
He is survived by: his father Dean R. Johnson (Debbie) of Florida; his children, Melita Bellman (Craig) of Lima, Ashley Johnson of Lima and Jason Long (Karen) of Cincinnati; and his siblings, Misty McDermitt (Marty) of Florida and Jason Johnson (Larissa) of Florida. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
