He is survived by: his father Louis Donald; his spouse Jean Pack Luce; his children, Louis Luce, Jr. of Baton Rouge, LA, Frank Dowell (Nicole) of Lima, Andrew Wayne Dowell (Peggy) of Lima and Shirley Johnson (David) of Lima; his sister Melinda Shelley of Toledo; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Wheeler, Cynthia Wheeler (Rick McPheron) and Karen Reeb (Eric). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
