Johnson; her children, Scott Johnson (Leacy) of Lima, OH and Trista Johnson of Lima, OH; her grandsons, Henry and Hudson; her siblings, Christine Smith (Wayne) of Delphos, OH, Charlene Smith (Delwyn) of Elida, OH, Jennifer Savage (Brian) of North Bonneville, WA and Chad Riley (Karen) of Estacada, OR; her stepmother Sadie Riley of North Bonneville, WA; and her caregivers, Lima Manor and Shawnee Manor. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
