She was predeceased by: her brothers, Bill and Denny Andrews. She is survived by: her husband John Burklo; her children, Melissa McNeal (John), Chad Massie (Teresa) and Christy Massie; her stepdaughter Kimberly Blair (Jason); her grandchildren, Dustin Thatcher, Christian Hofferbert, Kaylee, Dakota, Tyler, Patrick, Victoria Schweitzer, Abigail Blair, Chloe and Tytus Massie; and her sister Sue Shafer (Steve).

Memorial contributions may be given to American Diabetes or American Heart Associations.
