She is survived by: her brothers, David Burkhart (Donna) of Lima, OH and Richard Burkhart of Celina, OH; her nephew T. J. Burkhart (Tinna) of Omaha, NE; her nieces, Amanda Fordyce (Kyle) of Columbus Grove, OH and Cassandra Heppard (Jordan) of Huntsville, OH; and her aunts, Janice L. Augsburger of Pandora, OH and Margaret Miller of Bowling Green, OH.. She is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews.
