We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2024, at the age of 2, Lillyanna Stemen of Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Lillyanna shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lillyanna farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She is survived by: her parents, Nicholas Stemen and Sarah Vogt; and her sisters, Madilynn Schmidt and Autumn Catlin.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Harter and Schier Funeral Home (209 W 3rd St, Delphos, OH 45833). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
