Dennard (Carolyn) of Lima; his daughter-in-law Weldeana McNeal of Lima; his siblings, Willie James McNeal (Gladys), Mary Edith Gillespie of Dothan, AL and Minnie L Smith of Louisville, KY.; his nephew George Perry (Kelli) of Lawrenceville, GA.; and his son Billy McNeal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
