We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2021, at the age of 59, Leisa C-Ann Simmons of Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Chandler and Etta Chandler (Stringfield); and her brother Arthur "Butch" Chandler. She is survived by: her husband James "Randy" Simmons; her children, Don Vanschoyck, III (Josi) and Stephanie Thompson (Gregg Ernest); her grandchildren, Hailey, Bridgett, Alex, Jaxson Vanschoyck, Blake, Ryan, Deriek, Kayla Thompson and Madison Ernest; her stepsons, Andrew James Simmons, Brent Kyle Simmons and Daniel Brennan Simmons; her siblings, Kenneth Chandler, Jr. (Jenny), Lewie Chandler (Tammy), Charles Chandler (Andrea), Jack Lynn Chandler (Rena) and Cheryl Gray; and her sister-in-law Linda Chandler (Bob). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
