She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Irvan and Alma Louise Frazier (Wortman). She is survived by: her daughters, Millisa Sue Prowant (Rostorfer) of Wapakoneta and Christina Louise Rostorfer of Wapakoneta; and her granddaughter Violet Elizibeth Stauffer.

Memorial contributions may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
