She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Virginia Fay, Paul T. and Victoria McGreevy; and her aunt Virginia J. "Ginny" Gallenz. She is survived by: her parents, David Wright Fay and Kathleen Ann "Kathy" Fay (McGreevy); her brothers, Daniel Fay (Bobby Jo) of Elida, OH, Douglas Fay (Deanna) of Lima, OH and Christopher Fay (Paige) of Lima, OH; her nieces and nephews, Tyler Fay, Ashley Fay, Carlos Briggs, Kelya Briggs, Will Doyle, Xavier Doyle, Keegan Fay, Ireland Fay, Carter Fay, Lillian Fay, Branson Bowerman, Zane Bowerman, Allie Bowerman, Maddie Bowerman, Addison Fay, Emily Fay, Liam Fay, Gabrielle Fay and Kilian Fay; her great-nieces, Ariana Briggs, Kaliyah, Karter and J. J. Luckett; her close friend Ruby Clark; her aunt Sue; and her uncles, Terry Luczck and Steve Fay.
