He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Ousley and Trilbie Ousley (Lafferty); and his sister Janis Gipson. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Ousley of Beaverdam; his sisters, Donna Eldridge (Arnold) of Sidney, Kathy Austin (Karl) of Lebanon and Debbie Butcher (Steve) of Lima; and his sister-in-law Marian Redd of Jenera. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Beaverdam-Richland Fire and Rescue.
