He was predeceased by: his parents, James H.'Red' and Helen M. Phillips (Hodde); and his brother James R. Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Brenneman (Philip) of Lima, Robert D. Phillips (Karin) of Lima and Terry Phillips (Beverly) of Harrod; and his sister-in-law Diane Phillips of Jackson, TN. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
