She is survived by: her mother Vinetty Perkins (Williams); her husband Kenneth Burden; her son Kolton Waughtel (Lydia Dominguez); her grandson Aaron Waughtel; and her siblings, Harvey Perkins (Nancy), Jim Perkins (Becky), Kelly Raye Perkins (Michelle) and Jodie Perkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
