He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Schmitt and Dortha Schmitt (Dick); his children, Susan Schmitt-Armstrong of Orlando, FL, Kenneth Schmitt, Jr. of Lakeview, OH and Clint Schmitt of Delphos, OH; his son-in-law Dennis Prochnow; his sister Linda King; his brother-in-law Don Davies; his daughter Leigh Anne Schmitt-Prochnow; and his sister Kathleen Davies. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
