She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Shultz (Lanette) of Lima, Eugene Shultz (Teresa Whitedove Cook) of Lima and Matthew T. Shultz (Danielle) of Grand Forkes; and her brother Joseph Sampson (Cindy) of Lima. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
