She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rev. Ernie and Lois Cotrell (Symonds). She is survived by: her parents, Donald "Don" G. Johnson and Nicole E Johnson (Cotrell); her siblings, Kristen E. Johnson (CeyShon Huggins) of Lima, OH and Joshua Allen Johnson of Lima, OH; and her grandmother Elizabeth McDonald of Lima.
