Johnson; her daughter Tiffany Taylor (Brad) of Lima; her grandson Joseph Dylan Mathys; her siblings, Paula Stevenson (Mark), David Frazier (Peggy), Curtis Frazier, Jerry Frazier and Roger Frazier (Kim); and her siblings-in-law, Ruby Pack (Jim) and Ray Risner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives.
