She is survived by: her husband Michael "Mike" G. Munch of Lima, OH; her daughters, Lisa Burnett (Shawn) of Marion, OH and Melinda Hurst of Spencerville, OH; her grandchildren, Conner Burnett of Marion, OH, Dalton Hurst (Devon) of Spencerville, OH, Colton Hurst of Spencerville, OH and Delaney Hurst of Spencerville, OH; her great grandchildren, Dallas, Paityne, Bailee and Colton; her siblings, Orville Yeary (Darlene), Curtis Lee Yeary, Ricky Yeary, Betty Cunningham (David), Patricia Ball, Marilyn (Troy), Teddy Yeary, Barbara (Wayne), Irene (Alva Jr.) and Debra (George); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Yeary, Coleen Yeary, Gail Ann Carpenter and Jack Pace. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
