He is survived by: his sons, Joseph L. Fields II and D. Marc Fields (Julie) of Lima; his granddaughter Misti L. Nance (Curtis); his great grandchildren, Landon Fields, Brayden and Jaxtin Nance of Lima; his goddaughters, Trish "Twig" Julien of Lima and Paula Gwinn (O'Neil) of Houston; and his siblings, Floyd E. Fields of Lima, Loretta J. Mobley of Detroit, Mi., Patricia A. Musgrove of Lima and Donna M. Fields of Lima. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
