He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Clark and Ruth H. Clark (King); his brother Richard Whetsel; and his granddaughter Courtney Coleman. He is survived by: his former wife Stella Clark; his daughters, Cheryl Laidlaw, Susan Coleman and Jana Wheeler (Lance); his spouse Shelby Golden; his stepchildren, Erik Golden and Tracee Golden Lyons; his grandchildren, Ryan Nathan, Joshua Coleman, Jonathan Andrews, Ian Hasting, Jordan Laidlaw, Alexa Lyons and J'anah Barnett; and his siblings-in-law, Sylvia Otten (Daniel), Randy Shaw (Maria) and Anthony Shaw.
