Johnny Foust Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foust and Ruth Foust-Slate (Joseph); his stepfather Donald Slate; and his grandparents, Raymond, Amanda Foust, John and Imogene Joseph.

He is survived by: his daughter Shana Foust (David Storer) of St. Marys, OH; his grandchildren, Hannah Foust, Gaven Foust, Kaesyn Storer and Stella Storer; and his siblings, Julie Foust (Shawn Dunlavy) of Delphos, OH, Beth Maag (Gene "Peno") of Ft. Jennings, OH and Dennis Foust (Elizabeth) of Bryan, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
