He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hattery and Audrey Hattery (Kollars); his wife Joyce Diller Hattery; and his siblings, Larry Hattery, Randy Hattery, Delores Howard, Beverly Gayso and Sharon Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Hattery of Lima, Jane Rigdon (Steven) of Leo and Jeffery Hattery of London, Ohio; his grandchildren, Cassandra Walker (Nathanial), Brandon Rigdon (Christi Ringwald), Logan Rigdon and Nicholas Rigdon; and his siblings, Michael Hattery (Shari) of Lima and Miriam Sayre (Bill) of Kenna.
