It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John McLoughlin Sr. of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. McLoughlin and Cora L. McLoughlin (Burgner); his sisters, Janice Spence (Jerry) and Linda Pierson; and his daughter-in-law Margaret McLoughlin (John).
He is survived by: his children, John Lee McLoughlin Jr. (Traci) and Joan Newland (Joe); his grandsons, J. Quinn McLoughlin, J. Kirby McLoughlin and Logan Newland; and his former wife Diana McLoughlin (Pugh).
A reception will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ibew Local 32 Union Hall (1975 N West St, Lima, OH 45801).
