He was predeceased by: his sister Cathy Price; and his siblings-in-law, Maryann Elliott and Dave Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Elliott (Moeller); his children, Justin Elliott of Lima, Holly Portwine (Jeremy) of West Chester and Jordan Elliott (Sara) of Perrysburg; his grandchildren, Aiden Elliott, Jaxon Elliott, Luke Portwine, Whitney Portwine, Levi Portwine, Owen Elliott and Carson Elliott; his siblings, Dennis Elliott, Carl Elliott (Beth), Mike Elliott (Pam), Pat Elliott (Paula), Susan Elliott and Barbara Gardner; his brother-in-law Jerry Price; and his parents-in-law, Teresa Moeller, Brent (Brittney Wienken), Blythe, Charlene Mccullough (Bruce) and Candace Moeller. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and his many friends.
