He is survived by: his sons, John Fanger, Jr. of Lima and Mark Fanger (Missy Tuach) of Lima; his grandson Mark Fanger, Jr.; and his brothers, James Fanger (Nancy) of Chesterland and Daniel Fanger (Rebecca) of Kalida.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Rita's Hospice.
