She is survived by: her spouse Jimmie "Darrell" Smith; her children, James Darrell Smith (Sue) of Lima, Scott Allen Smith (Monica) of Elida, Kevin Michael Smith of Elida and Kary Smith (Lalo) of Lima; her grandchildren, Aaron Smith, Alexis Smith, Tess Parrish, Cassidy Smith, Austin Smith, Eduardo Jr., Keyno, Cruz, Deago and Isabella Mendez; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Bentley, Jayse and Austin; her siblings, Gary Cotterman (Ann) of Cridersville and Vicki Cotterman (Stant) of Lima; and her friend Becky Eicholtz.
