We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2024, at the age of 76, Jerri Lee Longworth Kohlhorst of Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennett Longworth and Lola Longworth (Devitt); her siblings, Eddie Longworth and Jackie Fisher; her niece Janet Traucht Wheeler; her great-nephew Clayton Wheeler; and her brothers-in-law, Alan Bennett and Bud Fisher.
She is survived by: her children, Jodi L. Breakey of Delaware, Ohio, Keith E. Kohlhorst (Shannon Everhart) of Lima, Ohio and Kristi K. Verhoff of Phoenix, Arizonia; her grandson Austin Verhoff (Brittney); her sons, Sean Breakey (Kayla), Ethan Verhoff (Dot) and Dylan Kohlhorst (Anastasia); and her sisters, Alice Bennett of Lima and Karin H. Phillips (Bob) of Lima. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
