Boyer (Sumney) of Lima; his children, Jeremy Boyer (Kristy) of Lima, Nicolaus Casey of Delphos, Michelle Holloway (Richard) of Lima, Heather Cook (Jon) of Harrod, Andrew Casey of Lima, Amanda Casey of Holdrege, NE and James Boyer of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Lillie Casey, Hannah Casey, Lucas Webb, Elizabeth Casey, Cole Casey, Grace Boyer, Laura, Mason Cook, Grady Boyer and Gentry Boyer; and his siblings, Joe Boyer, David Boyer (Janice), Toby Boyer (Priscilla) and Cheryl "Sissy" Fricke (Shannon).
Jerry's legacy of giving lives on through his gift of anatomical donation to The Ohio State University Medical Center.
