She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwick Perman and Ivana Perman (Jurcic); her husband Robert Biggs; and her brothers, Robert and Frank Perman.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Biggs (Janice) of Magnolia, TX, Nancy Andrews (James) of Minneapolis, MN and Marcia Kenyon (James) of Grosse Ile, MI; and her sister Kathleen Perman of Pittsburgh, PA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Market Street Presbyterian Church.
