We bid farewell to Jeff Rex of Lima, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 6, 2025 at the age of 69. Jeff touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Owen and Martha Alice'Peggy'Hutson Rex; his sisters, Andrea K. Rex and Connie L. West; and his nephew Ronald Dunbar.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jenifer Rex-LaRue of Lima and Jessica Hunsinger (Ryan) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Tyler Rex (Alea), Jena Curry (Adam) and Alexandra Clapper (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Alora, Elliana, Teddy, Lexus, Julian and Lincoln; his siblings, Greg O. Rex (Paula), Linda L. Dunbar (Charles) of Lima and Marilyn R. Huffman (Mike) of Lima; his niece Lyn Dunbar; and his nephew Dean Rex (Holly Rex).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bayliff & Son Funeral Home (311 W Main St, Cridersville, OH 45806). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family or to the Humane Society.
