She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale W. Lewis and Gertrude C. Lewis (Keiffer); her husband Warren H. Mathew; her grandson Brady Mathew; her daughter Denise Smith; and her siblings, Donald, Steven Lewis and LaVaun Counts.
She is survived by: her son Dale Mathew (Susan) of Ottawa; her son-in-law Steven Smith of Lima; her grandchildren, Nicole Wolf (Derrick) of Marysville, Tiffany Garris (Clark) of Sandusky, Nathan Mathew (Kelley) of Marysville and Cody Mathew (Kayla) of Columbus Grove; her great grandchildren, Rylan, Morgan, Dakota, Hayden, Caleb, Dixon and Sloane; and her siblings, Bill Lewis of Findlay, John Lewis of Lima and Diane Anderson of Lima.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or the American Cancer Society or plant a tree in Jeanette's honor.
