It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay D. Chiles of Lima, Ohio, born in Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Bowman and Betty Chiles (Bowman); his wife Patty LeValley; his children, Nathan Chiles of Lima, Amanda Harsh (Todd) of Elida and Jaime Chiles (Sonny) of Lima; his grandchildren, Allie, Kiersten, Kais and Estaphon; his siblings, Jerry Chiles (Sue) of Lima, Michael Chiles (Cheryl) of Lima and Donna Sue Chiles of Warrensburg, MO; his sister-in-law Tammy Chiles of Lima; and his brother Scott Chiles.
