She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Brinkman and Regina Brinkman (Metzger); her siblings, Mary Smith, Art (Mary Brinkman) and John (Kaylene Brinkman); and her in-laws, Colonel Owen (Pete), Patricia Skinner, James and Janet Frey.
She is survived by: her husband John D. Skinner; her children, Rhonda Stechschulte (Luke), Timothy (Carrie) of Lima, James (Patsy) of Lima and Alexander Skinner (Kelly) of Lima; her grandchildren, Danielle Wilkin (Jacob), Ryan Stechschulte, Mitchell Skinner (Kirsten Schulte), Ben Stechschulte, Makenzie Skinner (Alex Hudson), Samantha Stechschulte, Emma Skinner, Owen Skinner and Ophelia Skinner; her great grandchildren, Eli and Grant Wilkin; her sister JoAnn Szippl (David); and her brother-in-law Steve Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
