She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Wood and Mattie Wood (Plate); her husband Kenneth Gilbert; and her siblings, Roger Wood and Alice Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Gilbert, Don Gilbert (Stacie), Ron Gilbert (Patty), William Gilbert and Princess Courtney (Rick); and her grandchildren, Donny Gilbert, Jennifer Boothby (Damon), Jodi Sheets (Jason), Tyler Fowler, Haylee Lowery (Jake), Thomas Keller, Brandon Gilbert and Megan Courtney. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association.
