He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Cotterman; his daughter Amber Gardner (Steven); his stepchildren, Kelly Cotterman and Jeremy Cotterman; his sister Jennifer Phillips (Glen Orwig); his grandchildren, Breanna, Christian, Chayce Gardner, Lauren Jones, London Carter, Laikin and Emmitt Cotterman; his uncle Steven Bear (Robin) of Van Wert; and also Teresa Millirans. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 2 nephews.

No public services will be held and memorial contributions may be given to the family.
