It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Hogue (Lima, Ohio), born in Salisbury, North Carolina, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Van Hogue, Walter Hogue, Ray Hogue, Charles Hogue, Ozzie Hogue, Will Hogue, Ida Mae Sloan, Eva Mae Ivory, Robenia Barnett and Pauline Copeland.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Towsend of Salisbury, NC., Jamy L. Hogue (Toionda) of Lima, Bill J. Barnett of Lima, Deborah Cunningham (Sylvester) of Salisbury, NC., Kimberly Corbin of Cincinnati, OH and Natalie White of Columbus, OH.; his goddaughter Gwendolyn Southward of Lima; and his niece Velda Hogue Cowan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
