Carmichael (Lima, Ohio), born in Rockwood, Tennessee, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Carmichael Sr. and F. Lynne Wilson (Rayburn); his sister-in-law Jean Lasak (Mike); his uncle Joe; his aunt Wilma Whitacre; and his cousin Tim Purmort.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Carmichael (Linn); his sister Lori Burnett (David); his siblings-in-law, Judy Spyker (Kim) and David Linn (Lety); his cousins, Joe Whitacre (Rhonda) and Lynda Purmort; his niece Sierra Thatcher (Doug); and his nephew Joshua Burnett.
