He was predeceased by: his father Harold James; and his brother Mark Blevins. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold David Blevins (Randi) of Woodstock, GA, Rick J. Blevins (Patty) of Ada and Jeannie Blevins of Ada; and his sister-in-law Deborah East-Blevins of Ada. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
