He was predeceased by: his mother Anne Sawmiller; and his wife Heather. He is survived by: his father Jack R. Sawmiller; his daughters, Jenna Sawmiller and Bree Sawmiller; and his sisters, Valerie Bailey (Mark) and Michelle Maynard (Todd). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Jack's daughters.
