He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lyle and Sarah Marie Courtney (Heinrich); and his sister Judy Harner. He is survived by: his fiancée Mary J. Kundert of Lima; his children, Cindy Courtney, Michelle Meitzner, Matthew Courtney (Sherrie) and Deirdre Morgan (David); and his brothers, Barrie Courtney (Mary) and Howard Courtney. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
