It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer Allen Gottfried of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Lee and Mary Louise Gottfried (Mack); his siblings, Carol Ann James of Bellefontaine, OH, Barbara J. Symonds (James) of Lima, OH, Donna Marie Frederick (James) of Lima, OH, James Russell Gottfried (Shirley) of Lima, OH and Diana Lynn Hilgert (Michael) of Lima, OH; his sister-in-law Marilyn Gottfried of Wellington, OH; his siblings, William Lee Gottfried, Judith Irene Yoder (Bill) and Michael Dean Gottfried; and his brother-in-law Don James. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
