He is survived by: his wife E. Ann Doxie; his son Travon Q. Tolbert (Sherrelle) of Marysville, OH; his grandchildren, Orlando T. Tolbert of Lima and Angela Philips (Ronnie) of Peachtree, GA.; his siblings, Jimmie Tolbert (Fran Morgan) of Lima, Lee Tolbert (Gloria) of Lima, Daryl Tolbert, Sr. (Tracey) of Lima, Trevor Tolbert (Sharon) of Lima, Robert Fitzgerald (Ellen) of Lima, Doris A. Cook (Willie Slash) of Lima, Linda Doxie (John) of Lima, Edith Bell (Tyrone Jowers) of Lima and Cheryl E. Curtis of Lima; his mothers-in-law, Luella Doxie of Lima and Hattie Doxie of Saginaw, MI.; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Doxie of Goodyear, AZ and Louis C. Doxie of Lima; and his stepmother Johnnie R.
